These terms and conditions apply to all trips organized by Mustang Travel [Registered under government of Nepal, Office of Company Registrar]. This terms & conditions (the “agreement”) that governs the relationship between you (“client”) and Mustang Travel ( hereinafter referred as “The Company”, “us”, “we” ) describe what you are legally to expect from us when you purchase travel related service through us and our service providers ( “Suppliers” ) , in addition to your obligation as a client, as well as the cancellation policy. Both parties agree to these terms and conditions to resolve any legal dispute that may arise during the trip.
1. Booking a Trip
A trip refers to any travels activities that you buy with us and provided by us including tours, trekking, expedition and other adventure activities.
A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when the company sends you a confirmation email and invoice. A contract between the company and the client comes to existence after the confirmation email.
2. Deposit and Payments
i. Nepal Trips
For Nepal trips you will have to make non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of the booking. The remaining can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu
For Tibet/Bhutan/India trips 25% non-refundable deposit is due along with the airfare if clients wants the company to arrange it.
i. Payment by Wire/Bank Transfer
Payment made by wire transfer charges should be paid by customer. And we advise you to e-mail us a copy of your transfer receipt to confirm your booking.
ii. Payment by Credit Cards
Please download and fill out all the necessary details as per the form and email it to us Mustang Travel along with a copy of your passport.
All the payment made by credit card has 4% of surcharge and you will receive a copy of the receipt once we process the payment.
3. Final/Remaining Payment
i. Nepal Trips
Remaining payments of Nepal trips can be made upon arrival using card or cash. Cash Payments can be made my foreign currency as well.
For Tibet Bhutan India trips full payment has to be made prior 21 days of arrival using wire or by credit cards.
Any Cancellation by client must be made to Mustang Travel in writing via email. Please note the date request to cancel is received by the Company or its Agents will determine the cancellation charge applicable.
i. The cancellation charges are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price.
ii. Cancellation prior 30 days or more before departure: 30% of deposit.
iii. Cancellation 21 days before departure: 50% of cost of services booked.
iv. Cancellation less than 21 days before departure: 75% of cost of services booked.
5. Cancellation of Tour by Company
The company reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure due to reasons beyond its control which are Natural disasters, flights cancellation, strikes, wars, riots, weather conditions and any other unusual or unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases Mustang Travel will refund trip price only. If company cancels a confirmed departure, you are entitled of refund or choose alternative trips of the same value.
6. Travel Insurance
Valid travel insurance is compulsory for all our mustang clients. Insurance must cover injuries accidents, illness, death, unforeseen medical expenses including emergency rescue & airlift where applicable.
7. Updating of Terms and conditions
Mustang Travel reserves the right to update and changes these terms and conditions at anytime. It is our responsibility to keep our clients updated with changes. The current versions of our terms and conditions will always be found on our website www.mustangtravelntours.com and will be the terms referred to in any dispute.
